Niraamaya Wellness Retreats gives wellbeing of guests and associates is of paramount importance and considering the COVID 19 outbreak, Niraamaya Retreats’ health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses. including COVID-19, and include everything from handwash hygiene, cleaning product specifications used in the guest rooms and common area cleaning process.
Niraamaya has fully prepared for a new normal with a set of rigorous safety and sanitation procedures for guests post opening. All cars coming for guest pick-up will be sanitised in advance. Guests will be offered sanitisers and masks in the car itself, enroute to the destination. The pick-up will be contactless, and the driver will wear protective equipment as well. The car will be sanitised post the drop to the retreat for fresh use again.
As a part of contactless check-ins, guests ID’s will be collected in soft copy prior to their arrival. All SOP’s for the same will be intimated to the guests before check-in itself. While dispensing with the traditional welcome, guests will also be offered sanitisers as well as undergo a thermal temperature check and a healthy discussion with the resident doctor on arrival. Most guest and staff communication will shift to what’s app from EPBAX and guests will undergo temperature and health checks once a day.
The retreats will ensure routine disinfection of all touchpoint surfaces, as well as the linen to be disinfected with high-grade fabric-friendly chemicals. Alcohol-based sanitisers will be available at all public areas, and gloves and masks will be provided to each guest. Guests will be provided homemade immunity bars and ginger water in all rooms. Pool areas will not only offer sanitisation, but will also help guests practise the requisite amount of social distancing, and restriction of a number of guests in the pool. All spa therapy rooms will also offer the same rigorous measures for sanitisation, while the group activities will ensure social distancing norms are practised.
