Sarbendra Sarkar, Founder and Managing Director, Cygnett Hotels and Resorts, says, “We are taking all required preventative measures as per WHO and local government health guidelines to ensure we keep our guests and staff safe. We have set up hygiene stations in all units and have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all the public areas including lifts, lift buttons, hand railings, and doors. We have also increased the cleaning and sterilization of air conditioning systems. We have also started temperature monitoring of staff and all external visitors including guests at entrances. Anyone with influenza-like symptoms is sent back and asked to take proper medical care. We are also promoting the practice of greeting by doing “Namaskar” among guests and staff.”
